Om (ॐ) is a sacred sound and symbol with ancient roots in Indian spiritual traditions, particularly Hinduism, and is also encountered within Buddhist and Jain traditions. Often used at the beginning or end of meditation, prayer and mantra practice, Om is associated with spiritual contemplation, consciousness and connection.

We include the symbol with respect for its cultural and spiritual significance, as a companion to mindful practice rather than simply as a decorative motif.

Each wooden bead has its own natural grain, colouring and markings, giving every mala its own individual character.
